SOME EXPERIMENTAL RULES THAT FAIL TO PASS ARE RAN AGAIN AS EXPERIMENTAL RULES.......

SOME EXPERIMENTAL RULES THAT PASS BECOME RULES......

EDITOR'S NOTE : The fact that the answer is the color of a penalty flag is not to be intended as an indication that the said experimental rule has or has not became a rule

WOULD THAT IT WERE....... tiphat:

The only thing that is definite is this:
Their will definitely be a press release from the NFHS prior @ March 1.
This press release should curb your curiosity!

March 1st?!?!  Over the past few years, they have been right around Valentine's Day.  I always thought of it as their Valentine to us.  Has the executive and editorial boards gotten slower?

Where the ground hog/muskrat/hedgehog/whatever didn't see his shadow, this is an indication that the new rules may be released somewhere between Lincoln's birthday (Feb 12) and Washington's birthday (Feb 22) -possibly even on President's Day (Feb 15) even though the NFHS offices would be closed for observance. KWH (the author of the rule outlawing the Oregonian Flea Flicker) may have been using a marketing ploy we Mainers refer to as "Be late but early". I've been at many a' county fair and when ordering some grizzle on a stick, have been told : "Be ready in about 15 minutes". When the grizzle arrives in 10 minutes, I'm overjoyed....especially when they accept the Canadian Loonie at par.

Hope this clarifies. tiphat:

Or grizzle with make believe BBQ sauce for a Canadian Toonie.

Make sure to get added 'Player who lost helmet during previous down.' (or something like that) to the list of illegal participation fouls.  aWaRd aWaRd hEaDbAnG :sTiR:

A Finnish duo was once asked if they mind playing in the relatively meagre outfits, and they said that actually they would prefer to play naked - the sand wouldn't chafe then.
