That's what I'll use if I ever end up being an umpire on a varsity game. I have yet to see linemen downfield on passing plays in freshman or JV games.

Seems they didn't define beyond.  So therefore, leave it up to us.  I like being completely beyond.

Funk & Wagnalls defines "Beyond" as, (1) "Father, or more distant than", (2) "Extending farther than", (3)"Out of the reach or scope of" (4) "Surpassing, superior to, exceeding."  Each of which paints a pretty clear picture.
