10 Second Run off
« on: October 01, 2012, 06:41:29 AM »
At any time in NFHS Rules is there a 10 second run off for a foul committed by a team that is looking to save time at the end of a half?

Time run off is not a part of any NFHS rules for any reason.

No; however, the referee has the authority to start or stop the clock when a team illegally attempts to conserve/consume time.

Unless the QB is outside the tackle box, or is in the grasp, just after the 2 minute warning but before any challenge flags are thrown.
