Just call the FED in Indianapolis.  Quick and cheaper (>$15) delivered.

If you have an Android smartphone (and I hear the iVersion is coming) you can pay $5.99 for an app that contains the 2012 rule book & case book. Fully searchable and bookmarkable! Just search NFHS Football.

Other sports are currently available too!

Would be nice if those of us with dumb phones and e-readers could get an app.
