Holding on kicking team by lineman before ball is kicked. After ball is received by B and ball carrier is tackled. Dead ball PF by B. What are all the possible enforcements?

You can apply the holding penalty at the dead ball spot, 10 yards against A.  The DP PF is applied after this penalty, 15 yds on B.  Net is 5 yards against B from DB spot.

That’s what was done. But is there more options?

You could enforce the holding from the previous spot and then enforce the DB UNR from there. But that would give Team A a new series because of the automatic first down.

Right on, and B wouldn’t take that option, obviously.

Doesn't B have the option of tacking on the the holding penalty from the point where the subsequent dead ball belongs to B?  Then the dead ball penalty can be enforced.
