If one calls what seems to be a snap infraction and discovers that their call was wrong, does this make their whistle inadvertent?

It shouldn't matter. Since a snap infraction is a dead ball foul, there was no down to be replayed under the inadvertent whistle provisions. Simply wave off the flag and proceed.
