Yes, no exceptions made to the NCAA rule changes. Expect changes on jerseys to be easier on us. Waiting on the final write-up and release so I won't go into any other details that might surprise you. Gotta add some suspense in there.
Jerseys ain't a big problem. It those d--- pants and knee pads!
And I'm guessing you don't really mean ALL of the rule changes. I'm sure they will not adopt the change to 3-3-5-b Feigning Injuries, as it sits, because it refers to consulting the National Coordinator of Officials, which doesn't apply to UIL football. And, for essentially the same reasons, I'm sure they will not adopt the change to 9-1-3 and 9-1-4 targeting, because it also refers to consulting the National Coordinator of Officials, which doesn't apply to UIL football.
Now, the rest of the rules and editorial changes, yeah, I see them taking no exception, including 12-3-6-b, giving the RO jurisdiction to adjust the game clock when there is a review during the last 2-minutes of the 2nd and 4th periods. Granted, that would only apply to Championship games, but, there, it would apply.
