Jumping on teammate's back to block a scrimmage kick

Can anyone point me in the direction to the rule reference that prohibits a player from jumping on the back of a teammate to block a scrimmage kick ( PAT, FG).

^flag It is treated as a personal foul as unsportsmanlike would go from succeeding spot. K would be unable to replay the down if the kick missed.

Are you sure about that? 9-4-3e falls under illegal personal contact, not unsportsmanlike. And it appears to me there would be an unfair advantage gained by B to foul if they didn't mind giving up the yardage on the kickoff. A double-whammy against K too. B fouls, K misses the kick and then don't get to replay the down? What am I missing here? ???

I believe Ralph meant: "It is treated as a personal foul,  as since an unsportsmanlike foul would go from succeeding spot, and K would be unable to replay the down if the kick missed.

Thanks, 'Bama - that's exactly what I meant. Sometimes my musings get lost in the translation :). A shot of American Honey (Wild Turkey bourbon & honey) added to the chowder will give it the kick needed to reach the end zone! eAt&
