Video of shots being fired at a playoff game in New Jersey. You can see one official quickly exit the field, and another flat on the ground. Honestly not sure which reaction is considered better ‘mechanics’. And it saddens me to no end, to have to ask that.
Glad they were ok.
A 10 year old was injured , as well as an adult. 5 people have been charged in the shooting.

Running away from the gunfire is usually the better bet. Hitting a moving target is difficult, and you get away from the action quickly.
Sad to even having to think about this.
