B1 intercepts pass at 50 yard line, during the run back B56 blocks in the back at the 15 yards line, after the BIB-- B1 fumbles the ball and A recovers and after play is blown dead B56 is flagged for late hit.

ruling?

A must decline the BIB foul to retain possession.  The dead ball foul against B will be enforced at the end of the play.
