WKU - USM unsportsmanlike conduct on every player (except one?)

Early on in the WKU/USM game there was a minor scuffle and two players were charged with offsetting UNS penalties.  (I couldn't find this in the box score but distinctly remember it happening.)  Later in the game USM intercepted the ball and had a team celebration that resulted in an announcement of a UNS on every player and coach of USM.

My issue here is that having done this, are they not obliged to eject the player who now has two UNS fouls?  Or does this everybody gets an UNS foul thing exclude everyone who had picked up one before they decided to call it?

If it happened as described, the player should have been ejected.  On a side note, the NCAA foul code is UNS rather than USC.
