Title: Lions/Steelers false start

I had the game on mute, so I missed the announcement. Lions have the ball, 3rd and 6. Both sides jump before the snap, with a Pittsburgh player coming into the neutral zone. R signals false start, but the Lions are penalized 10 yards and it's 3rd and 16 now. What happened here? What did I miss?
