What is the pay scale for 7 on 7?  We have a school who is hosting a tournament and wants to know what the pay scale is.

I think in this area it is $25 a game.  But I'd never work it, so I'm not 100% sure.

this might be apples/oranges, but in FL for big tourneys (i.e. NCAA D1 school hosting):
2-man crew, $18 per guy, 24-min games

For the summer leagues played during the week (meaningless games):
2-man crew, $15 per guy, 25-min games

How do you find anyone willing to work for $15 a game?

My guess is since they are 25 minute games, is they run 2 games an hour + $30 / hour effective pay.

Correct. Ours have been $20/game so essentially $40/hour. And the games are fairly easy to work. For a 6-hour tournament you can make $240 cash. Not a bad day.
