Is there a UIL exception for the height of the kicking tee on a free kick?

NCAA says 1”, but UIL says 2”. Technically the exception only is for field goal place kicks, but philosophically let them use the tee for free kicks too. Unless it’s just ridiculous, don’t pick nits on a tee.
