Sorry for the poor quality (taken with cell phone cam), but the foul is pretty clear to me. Maybe they just don't call that in S.C.

Obviously not, as there's an official looking right at it. Textbook example of "getting an advantage not intended by the rules."

There's certainly rule coverage for it. I'd rephrase that to say "Gaining an advantage that's prohibited by the rules." A player cannot push, pull, or lift the runner in an attempt to promote the runner's forward progress.

The only way that penalty could be clearer was if the guy walked over grabbed the flag and threw it on himself!!!!! HOLY COW...
