On a live ball play if there is a 5-yard face mask penalty on the defense and also a separate personal foul on the offense and defense, what would be the proper penalty enforcement? So there is a total of 3 fouls on the play, 2 defensive and 1 offensive. No change of possession. Would the personal fouls offset and enforce the 5 yard face mask or would offense have a choice of which penalty to enforce yardage since there is 2 fouls on defense? Or some other enforcement?

One or more live ball fouls by each team will offset. Even if one team had many and the other team only had one.
