2nd and 10 from A’s 20 yard line. A21 runs to A’s 30 and fumbles the ball. During the run A78 has a Personal Foul Face mask at A’s 28. B56 recovers the ball and runs to A’s 10 where as he is tackled he loses the ball and A11 recovers.

What options do you give coach? What's the status of the clock? Where is the ball next put in play?

Related run ended at the A30, that's why you have a bag on that spot.  Foul was behind the basic spot, enforce from the A28.

So in a), B's choices are enforce and have 2nd down from the A14, or decline and A has a 1st down at the A10.  Clock on the the RFP, (A-B-A).
