Penalty Enforcement question

Fourth and 2 from the K-45.  K66 snaps the ball to kicker K12.  Team R has 11 players on the field at the snap.  Thinking there are only 10 players on the field, R22 runs onto the field after the snap, but does not participate.  R36 catches the ball on the R-30 and is downed on the R-35.

Live-ball illegal substitution. 5 yard penalty from the previous spot, result is a 1/10 for A @ 50, clock on the snap.

Right. Should have said:

Live-ball illegal substitution, non-player foul per 3.7 COMMENT 6. 5 yard penalty from the succeeding spot, after enforcement R 1/10 @ R30, clock on the snap.

Correct...I thought of this play while watching the Texas A&M vs Alabama game.  They had this play...
