He's asking for Fed so let's keep it there.  NFHS hates exceptions, except when they don't.

The foul in this play is enforced from the end of the run, no matter where the run ends.  Any previous spot is not going to matter.

Maybe this should be moved to the NFHS forum so us NCAA(ish) guys don't add confusion :)

To the original poster: there are several rules related forums here, and this one is for "general" discussion ie. something that applies to all codes (NFHS, NCAA, NFL, Texas, IFAF, whatnot). If you want to talk about a specific code, we have NFHS, NCAA, Texas, and NFL forums.
