I don't see where the NFHS adopted this "bumping fists" signal nationwide. I know NC and a few others experimented with it last year. I may be mistaken, though.
Can someone show me where it says this is a new signal? The only signal change I see for 2018 is Free Kick Infraction (other than encroachment) going from Signal 18 to 19.
