We have a clinic coming up in early February. Here is just a sampling of the actual titles of some of the sessions:

- Neutralize Zone Blitz, Inside & Outside Pressure with 2/3-Man Scat Pkg Using 21, 11, 10 & Empty Personnel, Including 2 & 4 Ball Drills
- Defending the Spread Off from a Multiple 50, Including Adjustments
- The Pistol Off: Theory, Ball Handling & Backfield Techniques
- Implementing the Jet, Counter and Play action passing in the spread offense.
- Establishing Jet Sweep & Keep Passes, Both from Under Center & from the Pistol as the Staple of the Hybrid Wing-T
- Using the Offset Fullback (Tailback) to Get the Numbers & Counters to Keep the Defense Balanced
- The Self-Correct Throwing System, Part 1: Maximizing Passing Accuracy & Efficiency with the Zero Position

I mean, really, as officials, do you care? And would it help you call a game?
And is it any wonder Coach Bryant was able to peddle his snake oil? Coaches are like golfers and fishermen: they all want the newest, neatest stuff. In reality, the issue is usually the archer, not the arrows.
Or, as my brother, who is a better golfer than I, once told me, "Quit spending money on clubs and start spending it on lessons."
