I'm not sure that this procedure was handled correctly.

A12 is fouled and Team A is in the bonus. Immediately after the foul, A12 taunts the opponents' bench earning an unsporting technical foul for his 5th foul. A12 is allowed to shoot his free throws and leaves the game afterward. Team B next shoots on the other end for A12's technical.

I know it is a late reply. And I haven't been officiating basketball as long as football but I believe the A player should have left the game. B team would get to choose who on A shoots free throws.

Team A would shoot free throws first
Then Team B would shoot technical foul free throws. Then Team B would get possession of ball.
