Newer officials should always be wary about this one:

Coach disgruntled by call, 'mmmmmmmmffmffmfm! Ref - you can't flag me for what I'm thinking, right?'
Ref: 'No, sir.'
Coach: 'Well, I THINK that you're an A** hole'
BUT, you can flag, or in this case eject, him for SAYING what he is thinking!

BUT, you can flag, or in this case eject, him for SAYING what he is thinking!

That's why the correct answer to that question is "that depends on whether you say what you're thinking, coach." :)

Had a coach say to my WH a few years back
"You must be blind"
 ^flag
with the comment "you are correct sir, but I am not deaf"

I actually had a youth football coach that wanted to argue with me that the other team had no timeouts because they had take 2 in the first half and had already used one in the second half for a total of 3 timeouts. Sheesh, you really wonder some times.  hEaDbAnG
