2025 Rule Books

I assume you all know that the 2025 NCAA Football Playing Rules has been issued, in PDF form.

Available on the RefQuest+ site, for members. Not on the NCAA sites, yet.

OK, just checked, and the books are on the NCAA.org web site, within the Media Center menu item (upper right corner) then Playing Rules, then Football.

No membership, no cost to download PDF.
