Title: PIT - TEN opening kickoff

Don't have video on it, though.  R player was in the end zone with the kick rolling towards him.  He stopped just short of the goal line, reached into the field of play for the football, then kneeled down in the end zone.  Crew got together and talked about it, and announced that they had a safety.

I've never even HEARD of a safety on the opening kickoff before...

Yeah, I've never seen it either. Dumb play, but clearly the correct call. R had his feet on the GL, reached into the field of play, gained possession, and backed into the EZ to take a knee.
