49ers vs Packers scuffle
I know it happened during an NFL game, but what if that fight had happened under NCAA rules?
I think I'd have PF for late hit on B52, then UNS on A74 and UNS+DQ on B52 for the punch
any thoughts?
And I'm asking this to have some kind of support for whan players down here ask about this situation and how we'd handle it

I agree with your assessment. I know the NFL said there should not have been a foul against A74 but I don't like him running across the field into the scrum and escalating the situation. I was an offensive lineman and I get sticking up for your quarterback but that doesn't help then situation from a game management standpoint.

Would this penalties be enforced in the order of accordance in NCAA rules??
-
I believe not, since none of the penalties has been completed. But that is for sure a grey area in my little knowledge

Yes and no. The Personal Foul, Late Hit would be assessed against the defense as the act was distinct from the fouls that would follow. The USC penalties would likely offset with the disqualification administered since they were, in effect, a tit for tat of the same incident.

It doesn't matter. Under NCAA rules all dead ball fouls would offset.
