Title: 12 players after timeout

Team A huddled on the field (just outside the numbers) during a time out. Ready for play is blown and 12 men come inside the numbers and then one leaves. Do we have anything here?

Was it intentional/deceptive? If not, I've got nothing.

Technically this sounds like a foul, if the huddle broke up after the ready for play. If they re-huddled, I probably wouldn't flag it.

IMO we've got nothing here.  Since the "huddle" was outside the 9's and apparently the 12 "players" were just entering and crossing the 9's when one almost immediately left, I'd leave it alone.  If players had not gone to the sideline for the TO and the huddle was in the backfield then I'd expect a flag.
