Title: K-State vs OK State
Post by: blindref757 on October 07, 2013, 05:01:50 PM
Did anyone see the play where the K-state kid pitched the ball forward on the kick return and OSU recovered it, but they called it an incomplete illegal forward pass?

That sounds like a correct call to me. An illegal forward pass is dead when it hits the ground and belongs to the passing team at the spot of the pass. Thus a recovery by either team is moot.

Great job by that crew covering an unusual play correctly.
