Title: Possible targeting in Orange Bowl

I found a situation in the Ohio State - Clemson game that I found interesting.
Coach Meyer is obviously upset with the call, but should he feel lucky instead that his player didn´t get thrown out of the game?

Is the runner short of the line to gain?

I cut out the audio to get rid of the annoying commentators

I think the runner was OOB before reaching over the LTG. First and 10 for B after assessing the penalty. Cross field mechanics should have helped out

I think cross field mechanics would be ineffective at determining when the ball carrier went OOB.
