Guys Brain Fart.... On a Free Kick, Team A is offside. Team B while returning the ball commits a IBB. Offset by rule, replay or can B decline the foul by A and take the ball after the enforcement of the IBB or B can choose to have them offset and replay or take ball. Thanks

10-1-4 Exception 1 says that it's team B's option if they would like to decline team A's penalty and keep the ball.

Don't worry SFZ you can call it a future senior moment. You're just practicing them now for when you get older.

Just realized I was off by 10 years: I'm really about 4 and a half decades away from being a senior citizen. My math skills had a SENIOR MOMENT there...
