Team A snaps the ball from the A-35 in a scrimmage kick formation. After A3 punts the ball  B21 makes a return to the A-10 short of the EZ. During the run A90 targets and with forcible contact blindsides B33 in the head or neck area. The clock reads 0:00 at the end of the play to end the 1st half.

On the un-timed down Team B (from the punt play) scores a TD on a run up the middle. The TRY is good.

Not much different than when conferences come out in week after a game and say an officiating error was made during the game.  Things happen - mistakes are made - and we move on
