Matt plans to start production this week and is hopeful to begin posting segments by the middle of next week.

Our State Rules Interpreter commented on your Helmet plays video the other night during our new rules discussion. He said you were right on with all your interpretations. Called it one of the best videos he has seen on the any subject.
