A's ball 3/25 at the A15. A12 drops back to pass. B56 being blocked by A60 loses his helmet at the A9 and continues to rush A12 whose now in the end zone. A60 stops blocking B56. A12 remembers his coach telling him that you have to give yourself up after you lose your helmet , simply drops the ball . The Referee then blows the whistle thinking he's protecting A12 when B56 chases after the ball where he is tackled by a panicked A60.
This is just a confusing test question. I know there needed to be a stronger whistle, or no whistle but this is how the question was written. TYPE OF PLAY / BASIC SPOT / ENFORCEMENT SPOT I came up with Running / EOR / SOF / A's ball 3/28/A12 /Ready

Got that part right.
The spot of the foul is where B56 continued to participate, which would have been the A9. It is a loose ball play, as A fumbled behind the neutral zone. You then have an IW by the R. Nothing after the IW is an issue unless it rises to the level of a personal foul, which this doesn't sound like it does. If you think A60's action does rise to that level, watch for answer 2.
The enforcement spot for a loose ball play is the previous spot. The accepted penalty will do away with the IW. A's ball, 3/10 @ A30, clock on the RFP as we had no major clock stopper.
Answer 2: If you feel A60's action constituted a PF, it is a DBPF. Move the ball to the A30 for B's foul, and then back to the A15 for A's foul. Now it will be 3/25 @ A15, still clock on RFP.
