Title: Defenseless player - more examples?

I just realised that the rule 2-27-14 list of defenseless player definitions is not a complete list but only examples. Has anybody ran into a situation where some other type of player would have been considered defenseless?

I am not sure there is anyone anymore who is not defenseless (except MAYBE) the ball carrier.   All the guidance and talk suggests if the hit is high, flag it. Example - defender is chasing the ball carrier.  He sees a blocker coming at him. Blocker launches and puts a shoulder into the face mask of the defender.  I suspect "they" want that flagged.
