B-56 commits a dead ball Targeting Foul after the the clock reads zeros in the first half.
1) Does B-56 sit the second half and first half of next week or just second half. Can you say that foul happened in the first half.
2) Can you review the foul since it technically didn't happen in first half.

I'll give you my gut reaction. No book with me today. If it is continuing action of the final play, then it is the first half. If it is after the continuing action, then it is a dead ball foul, probably flagerant, and most likely warrants a disqualification rather than a targeting foul.

Remember that no quarter ends until the referee signals that it has ended. Thus, this probably does happen in the first half for any rule purpose.
