Title: PAT Changes Forthcoming in 2015?

NFL head of officiating: Extra point will be changing in 'near future' (http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on-football/24670486/nfl-head-of-officiating-extra-point-will-be-changing-in-near-future)

Are they going to do away with the kick try?  Give teams an automatic XP, but you can risk it & go for two if you want?

I doubt that. What I took they want is something more difficult than a 94% success factor (which I actually thought would have been closer to 98-99%).

Actually the kick try from the 2 is 99+% (five missed attempts in the entire 2013 season). Try from the 15 seems to be around 94%.

So much for running fakes on extra point attempts

I would still love to see a rule that the guy who scores has to be the one to kick it.

Co-ed flag football rules...if a girl scores, you get two extra points.
