Fellow Officials,
Earlier this season I requested a presentation on Penalty Enforcement Procedure and "struck out" so I put my own together. Please let me know if you are interested in a copy and I'll send it to you along with posting in on the web "football.files".
Hopefully, I will have better luck this time and in need of a Free Kick Power Point for my college chapter meeting on Monday. Thank you and hope you season is going fantastic.
