Title: 4th Down Fumble Rule-NCAA
Post by: eroos722 on November 03, 2014, 10:42:44 AM
I am curious if anyone on here has a link for a video clip of the NCAA 4th down fumble rule. Ideally, the clip deals with either a line to gain or the goal line. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

There was one on a CFO video either last year or the year before...

I wish I still had it but it looks like that season is not on my HUDL account anymore.  We had a great fourth down fumble play at the goalline, with lots to discuss - the BJ (me) signaled TD on the recovery, then stop-the-clock. One wing had a bean-bag at the spot of the fumble, the other had his 5 yards deep in the EZ.

I looked at all CFO videos from this year and last and did not find it. I want to present this rule at a local board meeting, but have been unsuccessful in finding a clip. Thanks for the help anyway!

A little late, but if you still want a clip, send me a PM with your email. I have one I can send you from one of my games this year.
