Title: Longevity Bonus
Post by: george7244 on August 27, 2015, 07:44:57 PM

Just wondering if Texas offers any kind of incentive to Officials for longevity.  Arkansas makes you a Life Member for 25 years of service. You don't have to pay state dues even though you have to pay nfioa yearly. You get a card stating you are a life member and said official can get in any school sponsored event for free.  You can take one other person with you also. It's really nice to have.  It's a pretty nice reward for your service. Comes in handy during playoffs if you are a retired official
