K free kick from K-40.  R24 possesses the free kick at the R-20.  R24 breaks free from the pack after R43 blocks K81 in the back at the 50.  As R24 is about to score a Touchdown, K9 grasps but does not twist R24's face mask.  R24 scores a touchdown.

Enforcement?

R may decline the FM foul by K and have the BIB enforced from the 50 ... 1st & 10 R at the R40 (10-2-2). Or, if R accepts K's FM foul = Double Foul ... Offset & Replay (the kick)

R got the ball with clean hands.  They can keep it if they decline K's foul.  10 yard penalty from the spot of the foul (since it's behind the basic spot), R's ball 1&10 at the R40.

It will be a double foul (and thus replay the down) if R accept's K's foul.
