Of course Team A with the ball....
B56 (in 4 point stance) moves forward on QB "hut" but does NOT come into neutral zone. It's apparent the snap count was on 2.
That movement causes A74 (who was directly in front of B56) to move forward/jump, which caused whistles/flags.
False start on A74 or offside B56?

Offside

Strictly as described, FST --- the defender has to have something in the NZ, now that could be the tip of his finger and don't split hairs on "if he was in" but the rule is fairly clear on that. For the defender to "move forward" and not get in the NZ at all he would have had to been aligned a good distance away from the ball. Not common but definitely happens, if he was aligned tight and moved forward he would definitely be in and it would be DOF. Leave the protractors at home, aligned tight, any movement forward and A reacts stick it on B.
2. No player may enter the neutral zone causing an offensive lineman to react immediately or commit any other dead-ball offside foul

Yes my bad in reading and posting prior to the first cup of coffee.

Player(s) aligned in a stationary position within one yard of the line of scrimmage may not make quick, abrupt or exaggerated actions that are not part of normal defensive player movement (AR 7-1-5-IV)

Missing the snap count and moving forward is normal defensive player movement.
