Title: Catch and "Fwd Progress"

Not sure what happened here.  Since there was no contact by an opponent, "forward progress" does not come into play.  And if you are saying 1 foot was OOB then there was no catch anyway.  Maybe he saw knee on ground as ball was caught so ruled dead there?

It looks like he probably saw that knee down and ruled catch there.

This one's a tough judgment call.  From the angle of the calling official, he's probably 100% certain he knee was down when he initially caught the ball.  The replays and slow motion seem to show that the knee was not actually on the ground.  Tough call, but looks like team A got the benefit of 2-1/2 yards or so on this one.
