DISREGARD It thawed out

This is a foul in the field of play so rule 10-2-4 applies, with the ball belonging to team B at B-30, so 1st and 10 for team B at B-40. I would not give them the option to enforce from the previous spot.

What is the temp there Kalle? Maybe still frozen? It was a FG play ;D

Hrmph, completely missed that. I think you can't enforce the bat from the B-30 unless you repeat the down.

Can the rest of us see the play?

Can the rest of us see the play?
This was a non-trivial rule search for me, so even if it is trivial to all others, here it goes :)
4/10 at B-30. Team A attempts a field goal. The field goal attempt is very short and bounces at B-10. At B-5 A80 bats the ball forward to prevent B99 from recovering. The ball, untouched by team B at any point, goes out of bounds behind the goal line. What are the options for team B, if any?

Seems like a previous spot (B-30) 1/10 for B as for 8-4-2-b
I see an unsuccessful FG attempt, untouched by B beyond the NZ, dead beyond the NZ

That's what I've got too. Options are decline the penalty and take the ball at the previous spot, or accept the penalty and replay 4th down after marking off 10 yards from the previous spot. Even though it's a foul by A on a kick play, you can't tack it on because it's a field goal attempt. And they don't get the loss of down because it was while a scrimmage kick was beyond the neutral zone.
