Title: How do we allow this in state championship game??

C - that's where the ball is (C is snapper)
A - on the los facing to his right, shoulders and feet aligned perpendicular to the los.  In other word, he's facing D. 

How do we allow this?

Yes, I agree this was clearly illegal.  plus I noticed a few other issues on this play.

(1) Did the center get set before the start of the play?
(2) At around the A-39 do we have a chop block on B11?
(3) immediately after do we have illegal block below the wait on Waskom player (couldn't make out number) as he blocks low back towards his own goal line after ball has left the low blocking zone?  This is by one of the same team A players involved in the chop block mentioned above on B11.

I saw a lot of Waskom illegal formations.  I'm not talking splitting hairs here either.  Several punts alone in the 1Q where Waskom has what I believe was 6 men in backfield.  Also I do recall at ~9:00 minute mark in 1Q ineligible lineman down field (actually 2).  Pass went about 7 yards downfield in vicinity of where lineman and receivers were.  Definitely not a failed screen.  Also same series the scrimmage kick formation (punt) look like > 4 in backfield -- same as formation at around 4:31 mark in 1Q.  I tried to watch as best I could if officials were talking to players or coach in subsequent series but hard to see that on TV.

What do you guys think?
