Title: Where 2nd Uns language

Where exactly does it say (penalty language, paragraph, what bullet, ....) that a 2nd unsportsmanlike foul results in a DQ?  I understand the rule but cannot find the exact language.

Thank you!  I was reading 9-2-1 and 9-2-2 frontward, backward and sideways thinking it should have been located there.  Have a great Spring season.
