Has anybody been able to view the 2016 7/8-manual either on-line or by using the app?

I still see the 2015 manual in both locations.

I have on-line, with no problems.  I haven't tried my app yet.

I contacted CFO - there was a problem on certain accounts. They solved the problem within 24 hours.
