The first one that was mentioned as targeting should be IMO only a UNR if the rule states you have to lead with an open hand. There was clearly no contact to the head or neck, just a BSB. The big hit at the end I don't think could have been targeting as you even said, the contact is to the high chest. As has been said many times a crouch and upward thrust are not fouls in and of themselves, but they must be done in conjunction with contact to the head or neck.

There was contact to the head/neck area as evidenced by the helmet coming off like it did.  This is the exact type of hit the rules-makers are trying to get out of the game.  This is targeting all day long and should be called.
