Free kick from K-40. K1 kicks and the ball travels the K 42 yard line. K1 panics and kicks the loose ball. The ball sqibbs to the R 38 yard line where R1 recovers it on the ground. What are the options for team R?
My answer: There are three options for team R.
A) Penalize team K 15 yards from the previous spot and re-play the free kick down.
B) Team R can accept the results of the play and snap the ball from the team R 38 yard line.
C) Team R can take the ball at the spot of first touching, which is the team K 42 yard line.
Do you agree or disagree? If disagree, please explain. Thank you.

However, when explaining R's options, don't mention B. If you mention B and Captain R then chooses B, you will be blamed for not explaining it well enough.

No. IW during a kick (and this is still a kick) requires the down to be replayed.
