Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the VT vs Clemson the match of 12/04. During the 1st QT at 3:10, a VT kick formation turns into a passing game, my worry is that there are only 3 players with a number between 50 and 77. This game is it Legal according to the rule ???

Are you asking if the formation is legal? If so, then yes. Because they are in a scrimmage kick formation, they are not required to have 5 ineligibly numbered players on the line.
-
Even if the game finish on a pass play?? VT starts the game in kick formation, legal formation according to the rule, but the game is a pass. And for a passing game we must have 5 players numbered from 50 to 79 ??

Check 2-16-10-b. When a team is in a scrimmage kick formation at the snap, everything during the down is deemed to be from a scrimmage kick formation.
-
So if during a scrimmage kick formation, the play is a pass, and if we are just two or three player numbered between 50 to 79 it's a legal play.

can be legal
but you can still have IDP and other issues because only the two widest lineman are eligible
