Title: Play clock

NCAA game. 1/10, Inadvertent whistle on a running play that gained 1 yard. Coach decides to do the play over.  Is the play clock set to :25 or :40?

This is an administrative stoppage.  Reset to 25 and start both clocks on the ready.
